Maintenance Renewals for Perpetual Licenses

Annual maintenance on perpetual licenses is renewed automatically at the end of the maintenance term set forth by the terms of the required maintenance agreement. An L-Soft sales representative will make every effort to inform existing customers of upcoming renewal dates.

Customers can pay for maintenance renewals by requesting an invoice, using a credit card or by purchase order. L-Soft is obligated by contract to send an invoice for the renewal if neither of the above-mentioned methods of payment is received.

Existing maintenance customers can choose to cancel their service by providing a cancellation notice in writing 90 days prior to the renewal date.


Graduated License Renewals

Existing customers who are renewing their graduated annual licenses should contact the sales department. Renewal payments can be made using a credit card or purchase order. Once the credit card payment or purchase order is received, new license activation keys will be sent by email.


Upgrades for Customers with Annual Maintenance

Existing customers with current annual maintenance are eligible to upgrade to the latest version of the software at any time. The latest software versions and builds are always available to download from this website. If a new license key is required, customers should contact the sales department.


Upgrades for Graduated License Customers

Existing customers with current graduated licenses are eligible to upgrade to the latest version of the software at any time. The latest software versions and builds are always available to download from this website. If a new license key is required, customers should contact the sales department.

If a graduated license customer wishes to add points (capacity) to the existing license during the term of the annual license, they may do so in increments of five points at a time. The cost of the additional points will be pro-rated to the period of time remaining in the license term. Customers should contact the sales department to receive accurate costs for these upgrades and to arrange for payment. Once payment is received, new license activation keys will be sent by email.


Upgrades for LISTSERV Lite Customers

Existing LISTSERV Lite customers should contact the sales department to receive pricing for upgrades to the latest version. In general, LISTSERV Lite customers should expect to pay 45 percent of the original price to upgrade the software. The latest software versions and builds are always available to download from this website. A new license activation key will be sent by email to complete the purchase.
