What is Covered?
ListPlex customers are automatically entitled to free technical support from L-Soft, which provides speedy, personal assistance from our support staff. The support package also includes the integrated F-Secure Anti-Virus system, which protects your email lists from harmful computer viruses. In addition, L-Soft offers free technical support forums where users can share information, resources and innovative ideas.
Additional services, including training and consulting and our new 24x7 assistance service, are available upon request. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

When is Coverage Available?
Support for our products and services is available on business days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET (U.S. Eastern Time) except during L-Soft holidays. View a list of L-Soft holidays.
What is Your Response Time?
During normal business hours, we will acknowledge your email inquiry within one hour after receiving it. Our acknowledgment may include the answer to your inquiry, a request for additional information, or a status report regarding the additional time needed for research.
