970128-001  In 10.7, corrected wording that said replaceable parameters
            and formatting commands could be used in DIGEST-H and INDEX-H
            files.
970210-001  Corrected syntax of VMS example in 8.4.1.
970210-002  In 2.2, removed "Translate=" from the list of keywords disabled in 
            L-Lite as it has been restored for Japanese 2-byte character set 
            compatibility.
970311-001  Added note to 5.4.4 about possible need to add entry for port 2306 
            to /etc/services for 'wa'
970319-001  "Service=" default (in Appendix B) is "Service= *", not 
            "Service= Local".
970319-002  Added note that super-lists and their associated sub-lists must 
            reside on the same server (in both chapter 7.12.8 and in "Sub-lists=" 
            in Appendix B).
