L-Soft EASE records for 1997

Last update: 31 Dec 1997

What do these numbers mean?
Check yesterday's statistics details

indicates a figure that L-Soft believes to be a single-system world record (for 1997). Whether it sets a record or not, the highest figure for each category is highlighted for easy identification. The PLUM cluster, being a collection of servers in a failover configuration, is not considered for these single-system records.

These figures are derived from the daily statistics reports that L-Soft generates for its EASE list hosting service. Every single message was actually delivered to a real mailing list with real subscribers from all over the world. The numbers were not "pumped up" using test messages, unrealistic LAN-speed test environments or extrapolations.

All these machines are running LISTSERV® and LSMTP™.
