Maker of LISTSERV® to Award 100 Licenses as Culmination of 10-Year Anniversary Celebration
Bethesda, MD (February 15, 2005) – L-Soft today announced that it will award free LISTSERV Maestro licenses to its 100 oldest and most loyal LISTSERV customers as a culmination of its 10-year anniversary celebration.
LISTSERV, first released in 1986, was the first email list management software ever created. Today, LISTSERV Maestro extends LISTSERV's capabilities with an intuitive interface and functions for managing and analyzing opt-in email campaigns.
The majority of L-Soft's early customers are universities and educational institutions. By connecting LISTSERV Maestro to an existing database or LISTSERV list, universities can easily create and send student admission mailings, alumni newsletters and other campus-wide announcements by email, while saving money on postal mailings. With LISTSERV Maestro's tracking and reporting tools, they can create a variety of reports to measure and analyze recipient reactions.
The free LISTSERV Maestro licenses will be offered to L-Soft's 100 oldest customers with current maintenance. The customers will be contacted individually.
