Sales Representative,
Continental Europe


L-Soft Sweden is currently looking to hire Sales Representatives in Stockholm. Your main responsibility will be to sell L-Soft's products and services to companies in continental Europe. This means acquiring new clients through prospecting and cold calling, providing product demos to qualified clients over the phone or over the Internet, preparing quotes and sales contracts - and of course closing sales. This is an inside sales position; you will not normally meet your customers face to face. You do not need to speak any Swedish.

We are looking for motivated and hard-working sales candidates who will understand the value of our products and services and demonstrate this to the customers. Customers usually need advice on their strategic plans for email marketing, electronic newsletters; more often than not, these plans are in an embryonic state. Trying to sell the same package to every customer does not work; you must do your research, listen carefully, advise, consult with the technical group on specific issues, and come up with a solution that actually solves the customer's problems.

The key attributes a potential L-Soft Sales Representative must have are, therefore, a true ability to prospect, initiate new contacts and close new business. Successful candidates should interact effectively with clients, work quickly and accurately, be self-motivated and self-starters. Due to the nature of our products, we are looking for candidates who can explain complex technical products and services to a marketing manager and later be able to discuss the different solutions with the IT manager. Because more than 10 languages are spoken at L-Soft, all employees must be able to communicate fluently in English. You must also be fluent enough to conduct a sale in at least one more major continental European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian).

To be successful at L-Soft, employees generally need energy, enthusiasm, creativity, carefulness, the ability to work under pressure, a willingness to learn, the ability to "agree to disagree" and move on, and a thick, thick skin. For this position, the following skills are particularly important: willingness to listen, creativity, adaptability, self-confidence and a strong determination.
