L-Soft international, Inc., is currently looking for an Account Manager (Renewals).
Your main responsibility will be working with existing clients renewing, developing and up-selling solutions. You will quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts and all needed paperwork for orders obtained. This is an inside sales position; you will not normally meet your customers face to face.
Successful candidates should interact effectively with clients, work quickly and accurately, be self-motivated and self-starters. Due to the nature of our products, we are looking for candidates who can explain complex technical products and services to a marketing manager and later be able to discuss the different solutions with the IT manager.
To be successful at L-Soft employees generally need energy, enthusiasm, creativity, carefulness, the ability to work under pressure, a willingness to learn and the ability to "agree to disagree". For this position, the following skills are particularly important: willingness to listen, creativity, adaptability, self-confidence and a strong determination.
